Training

We can train you on most Microsoft products, including Windows and the Office range. We can help you set up your Internet and/or Email connection and configure Outlook 2003 or 2007 (if you have it) as a worthwhile alternative to Outlook Express. We can even help you learn to program in Microsoft Visual Basic.

We also provide training in Sage Line 50, Sage Payroll and Sage ACT.

There is no need to worry if you are an absolute beginner. Our trainers are used to talking in plain English and will explain unfamiliar technical terms as they are encountered.

To ensure plenty of individual attention, we try to keep the number of people on each course as low as possible, the maximum allowed being four. We can visit you in your home or office, or you can come to our premises in Hatfield Broad Oak, near Stansted Airport.

When possible, we prefer to break up a course into a number of short sessions. This gives students plenty of time to absorb the information - and to try things out for themselves - before coming back for more. We can then answer any questions that have arisen in the intervening period.

Currently most courses are booked to match your convenience, rather than on a pre-determined schedule.

Our standard "labour" rates apply to training and are currently
£50 + VAT per hour at our premises and £65 + VAT per hour
on-site plus the initial travel fee.
